In the upcoming Genshin Impact 4.0 update we may see a new character named Claymore and Framenet. She will be Fontaine's new 5-star cryo character after twins Linnie and Lynette.

When it's unlocked, Fontaine's first two characters will be Linnie and Lynette, who are twins. Lyney will be a 5-star Pyro character who can wield a bow and Lynette will be a 4-star Anemo who can wield a sword. Lynette will help as Linnie's supporter in battle.
A few days later, a new 5-star Cryo character using Claymore will arrive in Update 4.0 in the Genshin Impact game. Along with this will come a new character, Fremnet, a diver from Fontaine who will move underwater. According to another leaker, Framenet will be a 4-star character instead of a 5-star unit. She looks gorgeous in the leaked design as you can see.
